The Purpose of this blog

Hi my name is David Cohen and yes...I am up with the technology of the new millennium and thrilled to be launching this blog. It's really for you to use...interact with and stay in touch with one another.

It's geared to help you in your small business. Each week I host a radio show on Oshawa's Oldies 107.7FM and 1580 CKDO...so I have added a blog to advise you as to who's on the show...what topics we will cover and also invite you to interact with us and the guests in a whole new way.

Maybe you need ideas, or help or want to know something that can help you in your business venture. Well...blog away...hopefully everyone that takes part can help eachother out.

Our guests will be the Lunch Ladies Sue and Debbie...and Rory Sheehan will be in to talk sales...not only that we have a few surprises...

Congrats on the new blog David.

As a fellow coach, I've noticed that owners of small businesses often struggle with the relative importance of strategy versus execution, especially since they usually do both functions themselves. More often than not their priority is driven by personality needs rather than business needs.

I'll bet if you mentioned this on the SBBIS, you'd hear from a lot of bloggers who have some advice about dealing with this dilemma.
