January is about honouring the spirit of success

Happy new year...here is wishing you and yours a year of abundance, success, health, joy and peace.

On behalf of all of us involved with the Smal
l Business Big Ideas Show...Jennifer Hough, Garth Riley, Daryl Maclean and myself we wish you nothing but the best.

Below is the line-up for January and also a video link our updated clock set to EST. and also a gift from Michel Neray from the Essential Message.

Our commitment:

We are really kick starting 2009 in fine style. Our commitment to you the listener is to give you radio that inspires, that gets you geared up into taking action. You can almost sense that this is the year to get into action, to make the planet a better place to be. I know I am motivated by that notion...in my religious background we call it "Tikkun Olam" which means it's up to us to mend the world...to leave it a better place from the time we're born to the time we take our last breath.

Breath...means to "Inspire" to breathe life into something...and that's what we are all here to do. We are the ones we've been waiting for. It's time to make this planet a place to be proud of...to make it the best place it can be. No more greed, but equality, prosperity, health and joy and peace!

Our shows reflect this kind of message. Are you on board? Are you ready to be a part of what we're doing on the show? Are you ready to spread the word about it and let others know to listen?

We need your help to get the message out that we have a very positive show, that make
s a difference. Don't keep the show a secret, let it out. We offer you 3 ways to tune in...online ...live at www.ckdo.ca or on air at 1580 AM and 107.7 FM and via our pod casts on our website at www.smallbusinessbigideas.com.

Spread the word...and enjoy the line-up we have in store for you.

Here is Michel Neray's 3 gifts you can give yourself and the powerful questions you must ask...enjoy the tips!

The greatest gift.

Dear David,

After coaching and consulting to thousands of businesses and independent professionals, one thing I have learned is that the greatest gift you can give is the gift you give to yourself.

And the greatest gift you can give to yourself is to put yourself on the path to discover the greatest gift you have to give to others.

The greatest gift you can give to yourself is to discover the greatest gift you have to give to others.

So what does this have to do with increasing sales and building your business?

Think about it -- your greatest value as a business, CEO, employee or solution provider is inexorably linked to your greatest strength as a human being. No matter what you do, whether you are in business for yourself or you are an employee in a larger company, you are your own most valuable asset.

And so as you look forward to the coming year, consider these three life-changing thoughts:

1. The thing you do better than anyone else in the world is invisible to yourself. What do you do so brilliantly, so expertly and so naturally that you don't even realize you're doing it?

2. If you can't see it, you can't possibly place any value on it. What are you currently giving away that's more valuable than anything you are being paid for?

3. Just knowing what it is does more than build your brand and bottom line... much more. If you knew what it is, what difference would it make to your business -- and your life?

The gift of discovering your greatest gift... this is the gift I wish for you in 2009.

Essentially yours,

P.S. Membership rates for the Essential Message Bull Pen Coaching program are going up on January 1, 2009. So here's a gift... if you join any time before the end of the month, the rate increase won't affect you. Membership also gives you the monthly teleclass and all the eWorkbooks at no extra charge!
